Cicom Brains fully recognizes our social mission with respect to protecting personal information we handle, and we comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of individual rights and personal information. Moreover, we have developed a management system for the protection of personal information in order to carry out the policy as set forth below. Whereby declare our commitment to company-wide efforts to make continuous improvements to the system, bearing in mind changes in societal needs, IT trends and business practices.

1. 1. The collection, use and provision of personal information is limited to the conducting of business related to planning, managing and implementing training in Japan and other countries, public lectures, assessments, hands-on training in emerging countries, online education, visual media production, e-commerce, and “Keiei Academy” operations, and for the hiring of employees and personnel management. Personal information will not be used outside this scope and measures are in place to ensure this.
   2. We observe all laws, national guidelines and other norms related to the protection of personal information.
   3. Management resources are invested according to the actual circumstances of the business in order to implement reasonable safety measures and prevent risks such as the leaking, loss or damage of personal information, thereby continually improving the security of personal information. Furthermore, we will take prompt corrective action if it is determined that there is a security-related problem.
   4. We will respond quickly, properly and in good faith to any complaints or questions concerning our privacy policy.
   5. We will review our management system for the protection of personal information in a timely and appropriate fashion in light of changes in the surrounding environment and work to promote continuous improvement.

This policy is distributed and communicated to all employees and is also available at all times to anyone via our website, pamphlets and other written materials.
