1. Proper protection and management of personal information
Cicom Brains has appointed the individual below as the Personal Information Protection Manager and has established protective measures to properly and safely manage the personal information of job applicants and to prevent the leaking, loss or damage of personal information.

2. Purpose of use of personal information
The personal information of job applicants is used exclusively for hiring activities (document screening, interviews, evaluations, and communicating with applicants).
It is up to the job applicant to provide us with their personal information. If we do not receive the necessary information we may be unable to make a proper decision concerning their hiring.
We take responsibility to quickly dispose of resumes and personal history sheets of applicants who are not hired.
3. Provision of personal information to third parties
Except for the cases listed below, we will not provide personal information of job applicants to third parties.

- With the job applicant’s consent, we will provide notification when we plan to provide a) the name of our company, b) the name and/or title, department and contact information for the Personal Information Protection Manager, c) the purpose of use and d) personal information to a third party. In all such cases, we will obtain consent beforehand.
- To comply with the law
- It is necessary to do so in order to protect human life, physical well-being or property, and there is difficulty in obtaining the consent of the job applicant.
- It is particularly necessary to do so in order to improve public health or promote healthy nurturing of children and there is difficulty in obtaining the consent of the job applicant.
- It is necessary to cooperate with a government organization, local public body or contractor in the execution of their legal duties and obtaining the consent of the job applicant could interfere with the execution of said duties.
4. Non-disclosure agreements signed with affiliated companies when outsourcing the handling of personal information
We may outsource the handling of personal information either in part or its entirety, but in such cases, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with the contractor after careful consideration based on the condition that they have established and are implementing a management system capable of properly protecting personal information; and we will ensure that they carefully manage the personal information of job applicants.
5. Handling of requests from job applicants to suspend use or delete their personal information
You may use our contact information below to request disclosure (notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition and deletion of details, suspension of use or removal of information, and suspension of provision to third parties) of your personal information.
When such requests are received, we will confirm your identity and take action within a reasonable amount of time.
(We may be unable to respond to all requests for disclosure, but in such cases, we will notify you of the reason(s).)
