This training exposes participants to business environments in emerging Asian countries through a collaborative effort with local companies and NGOs with the aim of improving market insights, social awareness and cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Managers who may be posted overseas in the near future

  • Intermediate to advanced level English (TOEIC 600-900)

PROGRAM 1 ; Target Countries (India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, & Indonesia)

  • Conduct individual & group interviews of various company stakeholders
  • Present recommendations to corporate executives

  • Plan and implement the appropriate research methodology
  • Use research results to formulate an effective marketing strategy

  • Utilize a BOP (Bottom of the Pyramid) approach to expand market opportunities while addressing a particular social issue

  • Broaden your perspective while gaining greater empathy for those less fortunate
